SYDNEY, Australia, October 22, 2007 — Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organizations, today announced the rollout of the Education element of its Kaseya emPower Program, a comprehensive set of service offerings and support resources designed to ensure successful implementation of the Kaseya IT Automation Framework. The delivery of Kaseya emPower Education provides managed service providers (MSPs) the product and business development knowledge they need to leverage the Kaseya IT Automation Framework and transform and build their business.
Two tracks are available today within Kaseya emPower Education – Kaseya Product Education and Kaseya Business Transformation.
Kaseya emPower Product Education
Targeted at various levels of administrators, the Product Education track addresses the technical aspects of the Kaseya IT Automation Framework. It provides MSPs with the knowledge they need to successfully set up, customize, configure and implement Kaseya software to automate their business services.
Kaseya emPower Product Education is delivered in person on location through Kaseya Boot Camp or online in a live or self-paced mode.
- Boot Camp - These three day-long public classroom-style sessions are led by an instructor and provide the knowledge and tools needed to roll out a successful Kaseya implementation. During the session, customers access their own Kaseya system and are able to work within it during the training to set up policies as they relate to their own managed service business.
- Online - This offers unlimited access to Kaseya Web-based education. Two options are available for online training - Live or Self-paced. The Live option delivers three hours of instructor-led training that covers the knowledge needed to put the Kaseya IT Automation Framework into operation. The Self-paced mode includes Web-based recorded presentations that walk customers through the set up, configuration and deployment of the Kaseya IT Automation Framework. All content is updated continuously to accommodate software upgrades, customer feedback and industry standards changes. Both options are targeted to Technical and Master Administrators.

Kaseya emPower Business Transformation
Developed for MSP business owners, executives and sales professionals, the Kaseya Business Transformation track is designed to move an MSP to a proactive IT management model giving it the ability to successfully scale its business and manage the IT systems of multiple customers using the Kaseya IT Automation Framework. Kaseya emPower Business Transformation is available online in Live or Self-paced mode and it covers everything from defining managed services and service level agreements to selling managed services to prospects and current clients.
